Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about investing in managed farmland with Gomini Farms.
Ownership & Legal
You do. The land is registered in your name. You receive the original sale deed and all registration documents. Gomini manages the land on your behalf under a separate management agreement, but ownership remains with you.
Management & Operations
Gomini handles all agricultural operations including land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest management, pruning, fertilization, harvesting, and selling of produce. You don't need to do anything — that's what 'managed farmland' means.
Returns & Risks
Returns come from multiple sources: annual mango harvests (starting year 5-7), intercrop income (years 1-5), and timber harvest (years 15-25). Actual returns depend on yields, market prices, and conditions. We cannot guarantee specific returns as farming involves inherent risks.
Investment Process
The minimum plot size is 1/4 acre (~10,890 sq ft). Contact us for current pricing for this and larger plot sizes.
Location & Crops
Araria offers fertile alluvial soil, abundant water from the Kosi river basin, favorable climate for timber and fruit crops, and good connectivity. It's an untapped agricultural region with significant potential.
